A short story, in 2023 Tito opened TJ's Exterior Wash Solutions in the early stages of spring. Primarily focused on his full time job as a maintenance technician, Tito handled TJ's as a part time gig. Very quickly word of mouth spread thru out the Grand Rapids area and he was able to fully walk away from his job just 2 short months later. Originally a stepping stone to help launch his real estate ventures, Tito dug into the power washing industry and found more reasons to stay.
